Return and exchange
You can cancel or modify your order after confirming the order and payment, before the order is processed and the status of the order changes to (Fulfilled, Shipped).
After the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot modify or cancel the order, but it goes under the return policy where:
In the event that the customer does not receive the shipment (coffee, chocolate or accessories), the amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost (29 riyals) within 3 working days after we receive the shipment from the shipping company.
In the event that the customer receives the shipment (tools and accessories only, provided that they are not electrical or electronic tools), the customer bears the charges for the opposite shipping, and the amount of the products will be returned within 3 days after we receive the shipment from the shipping company.
